چکیده

The objectives of this study were to detect pre-heart failure based on NT-proBNP in subjects with hypertension and identify the risk factors for failure. Research methods: We conducted a cross -sectional between August December 2022. This was included 526 aged from 35- 64 years, who had no clinical symptoms heart Cardiovascular detected by examinations laboratory test. Hypertension defined as systolic BP ≥ 130 mm Hg, diastolic 80 and/or receiving treatment anti-hypertensive agents. NT-pro BNP determination performed an immunoassay analyzer (Getein 1100). An elevated 125pg/ml. Pre-heart BNPlevel. Ethical statement ethical permission obtained Biomedical Ethics Committee Mongolian National University Medical Sciences. results: In total, hypertensive s 35-64 year enrolled study, which, 243 (46.2%) men mean age 52.5±7.7 years. prevalence women non-significantly higher than men(17.3% vs 14.0%, p= 0.297). increased 4.0% 35-44 years 20.9% 55-64 Based our logistic regression analysis, likelihood independently associated age(OR 2.18, 95%CI 1.51-3.14) poor blood pressure control(OR 2.41, 1.29-4.50). Hypertension, hypertrophy, heart failure.

Heart failure presents a number of difficulties. Its very definition has proved taxing, and the clinical diagnosis is frequently incorrect. Patients with objective abnormalities of left ventricular function are not infrequently asymptomatic, hence treatment is often delayed. Even when a firm diagnosis is secured, only a minority of patients receive optimal medical treatment. Of concern is the i...

Heart failure and pulmonary hypertension.

When pulmonary hypertension (PH) and right ventricular dysfunction accompany heart failure, the impact on functional capacity and prognosis are ominous. Newer clinical strategies to preferentially lower pulmonary pressures and pulmonary vascular tone improve functional performance and symptoms of heart failure by targeting the nitric oxide signal transduction pathways, as with PDE5 inhibition. ...

Aldosterone antagonists in hypertension and heart failure.

Spironolactone, a competitive aldosterone receptor antagonist (ARA), has traditionally been the treatment of first choice in idiopathic hyperaldosteronism (IHA) and for preoperative management of aldosterone producing adenoma (APA). Spironolactone is partially absorbed, is extensively metabolized mainly by the liver and its therapeutic properties are attributable to active metabolite canrenone....

Carvedilol: A Promising Drug Combined with Lipid-lowering Medications for Patients with Hypertension and Heart Failure

Background: Statins frequently cause myopathy especially in combination with fibrates, and physical activity is considered a trigger for the muscle disorder. Elevated plasma levels of creatine kinase (CK), lactate dehydrogenase (LDH) and aldolase, are the main indicators of the severity of myopathy. Carvedilol is commonly used with lipid-lowering drugs in the management of heart failure, hypert...
